Inserted: It is the sense of the Senate that Congress should enact legislation that--
Inserted: (1) allows fees incurred for the processing of wild game meat to be taken into account in determining the amount allowable as a tax deduction for any charitable contribution of such wild game meat; and
Inserted: (2) exempts from income fees received by meat processors from charitable organizations for the processing of wild game meat donated to such charitable organizations.

It is the sense of the Senate that Congress should enact legislation that--
