1. Adds SEC. __. DHS ANNUAL REPORT ON ECONOMIC IMPLICATIONS OF CYBER ATTACKS wherever appropriate

   Adds a section

   Inserted: SEC. __. DHS ANNUAL REPORT ON ECONOMIC IMPLICATIONS OF CYBER ATTACKS.

   Inserted: (a) Annual Report.--Not later than 1 year after the date of enactment of this Act, and once every year thereafter, the Secretary of Homeland Security shall submit to Congress a report detailing the economic impact of cyber attacks during the year for which the report is prepared and the year-to-year trends of the economic impact of cyber attacks, in aggregate form, including--

   Inserted: (1) an estimate of losses (in dollars) as a result of cyber attacks; and

   Inserted: (2) the approximate number of cyber attacks on the networks of private entities that have been reported to the Department of Homeland Security.

   Inserted: (b) Prohibition.--Each report submitted under subsection (a) may not include the name, or other identifying information, of any private entity that has experienced a cyber attack.

   The amendment doesn't say where this goes; the clerk decides.
