   SEC. 138. ACCESS TO REAL ESTATE DATA.

   (a) In General.--As soon as is practicable, using available funds, the Secretary shall make publicly available, including on a publicly accessible website, information relating to all real property with respect to which the Corps of Engineers holds an interest.
