Inserted: Not later than 1 day after the date of enactment of this Act, the Attorney General shall designate an officer or employee of the Department of Justice whose sole responsibility shall be to disseminate information to Asian Americans in the United States regarding--
Inserted: (1) rights provided under the Second Amendment to the Constitution of the United States; and
Inserted: (2) legal protections for individuals who defend themselves against acts of violence.

SEC. __. REQUIREMENT TO DISSEMINATE SECOND AMENDMENT INFORMATION TO THE ASIAN AMERICAN COMMUNITY.
