Not later than March 1, 2023, the Secretary of Defense shall implement the recommendations contained in the report of the Inspector General of the Department of Defense dated April 1, 2022, and entitled, "Audit of Medical Conditions of Residents in Privatized Military Housing" (DODIG-2022-078).

Inserted: Not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of the Army shall provide to the Committees on Armed Services of the Senate and the House of Representatives a briefing on the amount of additional military construction funding needed by the Department of the Army to ensure quality housing for members of the Army.
