Inserted: (a) Additional Amount.--Of the amount authorized to be appropriated under this Act for United States Air Force, the amount available for cyber partnership activities (PE-0208059F) is hereby increased by $500,000, with the amount of such increase to be used to support additional travel and workload to achieve an initial intent of expanded Jordanian engagement.
Inserted: (b) Offset.--Of the amount authorized to be appropriated under this Act for United States Navy, the amount available for the SHARKCAGE program (PE-0303140N) is hereby reduced by $500,000.

Mr. ROUNDS submitted an amendment intended to be proposed to amendment SA 5499 submitted by Mr. Reed (for himself and Mr. Inhofe) and intended to be proposed to the bill H.R. 7900, to authorize appropriations for fiscal year 2023 for military activities of the Department of Defense, for military construction, and for defense activities of the Department of Energy, to prescribe military personnel strengths for such fiscal year, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:
At the appropriate place in title XVI, insert the following:
SEC. 16__. ADDITIONAL AMOUNT FOR CYBER PARTNERSHIP ACTIVITIES.
(a) Additional Amount.--Of the amount authorized to be appropriated under this Act for United States Air Force, the amount available for cyber partnership activities (PE-0208059F) is hereby increased by $500,000, with the amount of such increase to be used to support additional travel and workload to achieve an initial intent of expanded Jordanian engagement.
