Mr. MARSHALL submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by him to the bill H.R. 7776, to provide for improvements to the rivers and harbors of the United States, to provide for the conservation and development of water and related resources, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:
At the end of subtitle B of title VII, add the following:
SEC. 725. PROHIBITION ON USE OF FUNDS TO CARRY OUT MEMORANDUM RELATING TO REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH CARE.
