SA 1175. Mr. BOOKER (for himself and Mr. Tuberville) submitted an amendment intended to be proposed to amendment SA 1092 submitted by Mrs. Murray (for herself and Ms. Collins) and intended to be proposed to the bill H.R. 4366, making appropriations for military construction, the Department of Veterans Affairs, and related agencies for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2024, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: In the matter under the heading ``rural water and waste disposal program account'' under the heading ``Rural Utilities Service'' in title III, in the second undesignated paragraph, strike ``, and of which not to exceed $5,000,000 shall be available for the rural utilities program described in section 306E of such Act: Provided,'' and insert ``: Provided, That not to exceed $20,000,000 of the amount appropriated under this heading shall be available for the rural utilities program described in section 306E of such Act, of which not less than $10,000,000 shall be used to provide subgrants to eligible individuals for the construction, refurbishing, and servicing of individually owned household decentralized wastewater systems: Provided further,''. ______
