SA 1203. Ms. KLOBUCHAR (for herself and Mr. Moran) submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by her to the bill H.R. 4366, making appropriations for military construction, the Department of Veterans Affairs, and related agencies for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2024, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: At the appropriate place in title I, insert the following: Sec. ___. Of the funds made available in this Act under the heading ``Department of Transportation--Federal Aviation Administration--Facilities and Equipment'', $29,350,000 shall be for the aeronautical information management program, which includes Federal notices to air missions (``NOTAM'') sustainment, enhancements, and modernization in support of the NOTAM Improvement Act of 2023 (49 U.S.C. 40101 note). ______
