SA 1205. Mrs. MURRAY proposed an amendment to amendment SA 1092 proposed by Mrs. Murray (for herself and Ms. Collins) to the bill H.R. 4366, making appropriations for military construction, the Department of Veterans Affairs, and related agencies for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2024, and for other purposes; as follows: At the end of division C, add the following: SEC. 422. EFFECTIVE DATE. This Act shall take effect on the date that is 1 day after the date of enactment of this Act. ______
