SA 19. Mr. LEE submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by him to the bill S. 316, to repeal the authorizations for use of military force against Iraq; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: At the end of the bill, add the following: SEC. 3. RESTORATION OF STANDARD SPECIAL PRESIDENTIAL DRAWDOWN AUTHORITY CAP. Section 1701 of the Additional Ukraine Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2023 (division M of Public Law 117-328) is repealed. ______
