SA 2278. Mr. BENNET proposed an amendment to amendment SA 2228 proposed by Mr. Ricketts (for himself and Ms. Lummis) to the bill S. 1582, to provide for the regulation of payment stablecoins, and for other purposes; as follows: Add at the end the following: (__) Definition.--In this Act, the term ``senior executive branch official'' includes the President and the Vice President. ______
