Section 6 of the Radiation Exposure Compensation Act (Public Law 101-426; 42 U.S.C. 2210 note) is amended-- (1) in subsection (a), by inserting before the period at the end of the first sentence the following: ``, including an electronic filing system, provided that use of such system by individuals shall be optional''; and (2) by amending subsection (f) to read as follows: ``(f) Administrative Costs.--Beginning on the date of enactment of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2026, the Attorney General may use amounts in the Fund for administrative expenses incurred in the adjudication and processing of claims and payments under this Act.
