S.Amdt. 4082

SA 4082. Mr. KING submitted an amendment intended to be proposed to
amendment SA 3951 submitted by Ms. Collins and intended to be proposed
to the bill H.R. 4016, making appropriations for the Department of
Defense for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026, and for other
purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

On page 241, line 18, insert before the period the
following: ``: Provided, That not less than $1,000,000 shall
be for the collection, compilation, analysis, and publication
of data and statistics on the costs to importers of a change
in the duty owed for an item that occurs while such item is
in transit to the United States''.
