S.Amdt. 5577

SA 5577. Mr. GALLEGO submitted an amendment intended to be proposed
by him to the bill S. 2, to provide for reconciliation pursuant to
title II of S. Con. Res. 33; which was ordered to lie on the table; as
follows:
At the appropriate place, insert the following:

SEC. ___. PROHIBITION ON USE OF ANTI-WEAPONIZATION FUND FOR
GHISLAINE MAXWELL OR OTHER INDIVIDUALS
CONVICTED IN CONNECTION WITH SEX TRAFFICKING
OFFENSES INVOLVING JEFFREY EPSTEIN.

No payment may be made from the Anti-Weaponization Fund
announced by the Department of Justice on May 18, 2026, to
Ghislaine Maxwell or to any other individual convicted of an
offense in connection with a sex trafficking offense
involving Jeffrey Epstein.
