SA 5623. Mr. VAN HOLLEN submitted an amendment intended to be
proposed by him to the bill S. 2, to provide for reconciliation
pursuant to title II of S. Con. Res. 33.; which was ordered to lie on
the table; as follows:

At the appropriate place, insert the following:

SEC. _____. PROHIBITION ON CARRYING OUT ORDER RELATING TO THE
RELEASE OF CLAIMS IN TRUMP V. INTERNAL REVENUE
SERVICE.

No Federal funds may be used to carry out the order of the
Attorney General relating to the tax returns of the
President, his family, and his interests in the Settlement
Agreement in Trump v. Internal Revenue Service, No. 1:26-cv-
20609 (S.D. Fla.), issued on May 19, 2026.
