S.Amdt. 5633

SA 5633. Mr. VAN HOLLEN submitted an amendment intended to be
proposed by him to the bill S. 2, to provide for reconciliation
pursuant to title II of S. Con. Res. 33.; which was ordered to lie on
the table; as follows:

At the appropriate place, insert the following:

SEC. ___. LIMITATION ON USE OF FUNDS.

No funds from the Anti-Weaponization Fund arising pursuant
to the settlement agreement in Trump v. Internal Revenue
Service, No. 1:26-cv-20609 (S.D. Fla.), or any successor
fund, shall be used to provide any payment to a former or
current Member of Congress.
