S.Amdt. 5688

SA 5688. Mr. BLUMENTHAL submitted an amendment intended to be
proposed by him to the bill S. 2, to provide for reconciliation
pursuant to title II of S. Con. Res. 33.; which was ordered to lie on
the table; as follows:

At the appropriate place, insert the following:

SEC. ___. CONTRACTORS, SUPPLIERS, AND DONATIONS FOR EAST WING
MODERNIZATION PROJECT.

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, all
contractors, suppliers, and donations, including any in-kind
donations, for the East Wing Modernization Project shall come
from individuals or firms located in the United States.
