S.Amdt. 5706

SA 5706. Mr. BLUMENTHAL submitted an amendment intended to be
proposed by him to the bill S. 2, to provide for reconciliation
pursuant to title II of S. Con. Res. 33.; which was ordered to lie on
the table; as follows:

At the appropriate place in title I, insert the following:
Sec. 1__.  None of the funds made available under this Act
or Public Law 119-21 may be used to conduct any immigration
enforcement operation at a hospital.
