S.Amdt. 5721

SA 5721. Mr. WELCH submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by
him to the bill S. 2, to provide for reconciliation pursuant to title
II of S. Con. Res. 33.; which was ordered to lie on the table; as
follows:

At the appropriate place in title II, insert the following:

SEC. __. PUBLICATION OF RECIDIVISM OF RECIPIENTS OF TRUMP
PARDONS.

In addition to amounts otherwise available, there is
appropriated $1,000,000 to the Office of the Pardon Attorney
of the Department of Justice to remain available until noon
on January 20, 2029, for the Office of the Pardon Attorney to
track and publish publicly any State or Federal criminal
charges against any person granted a Federal pardon or
commutation on or after noon on January 20, 2025.
