SA 6755. Mr. LEE submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by
him to the bill S. 4688, to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to
classify qualified energy-efficient draft alcohol property as 15-year
property for purposes of depreciation; which was ordered to lie on the
