AN ACT
To name the Department of Veterans Affairs outpatient clinic in
Sunnyside, Queens, New York, as the ``Thomas P. Noonan, Jr., Department
of Veterans Affairs Outpatient Clinic''.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. DESIGNATION.
The Department of Veterans Affairs outpatient clinic in Sunnyside,
Queens, New York, shall be known and designated as the ``Thomas P.
Noonan, Jr., Department of Veterans Affairs Outpatient Clinic''.
SEC. 2. REFERENCES.
Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other
record of the United States to the clinic referred to in section 1
shall be considered to be a reference to the ``Thomas P. Noonan, Jr.,
Department of Veterans Affairs Outpatient Clinic''.
