AN ACT
To repeal the reservation of mineral rights made by the United States
when certain lands in Livingston Parish, Louisiana, were conveyed by
Public Law 102-562.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. REPEAL OF RESERVATION OF MINERAL RIGHTS, LIVINGSTON PARISH,
LOUISIANA.
Section 102 of Public Law 102-562 (106 Stat. 4234) is amended--
(1) by striking ``(a) In General.--'';
(2) by striking ``and subject to the reservation in
subsection (b),''; and
(3) by striking subsection (b).
SEC. 2. IMPLEMENTATION OF AMENDMENT.
The Secretary of the Interior shall execute the legal instruments
necessary to effectuate the amendment made by subsection (a)(3) of
section 1.
