following resolution which was referred to the House Calendar and
ordered to be printed

RESOLUTION
Waiving points of order against the conference report to accompany, and
providing for corrections in the enrollment of, the joint resolution
(H. J. Res. 2) making further continuing appropriations for the fiscal
year 2003, and for other purposes.
Resolved, That upon adoption of this resolution it shall be in
order to consider the conference report to accompany the joint
resolution (H. J. Res. 2) making further continuing appropriations for
the fiscal year 2003, and for other purposes. All points of order
against the conference report and against its consideration are waived.
The conference report shall be considered as read. Upon the adoption of
the conference report the House shall be considered to have adopted the
concurrent resolution
(H. Con. Res. 35) directing the Clerk of the House of Representatives
to make a technical correction in the enrollment of H. J. Res. 2.
