AN ACT
To provide for the Secretary of Homeland Security to be included in the
line of Presidential succession.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SECRETARY OF HOMELAND SECURITY IN PRESIDENTIAL LINE OF
SUCCESSION.
Section 19(d)(1) of title 3, United States Code, is amended by
inserting ``Secretary of Homeland Security,'' after ``Attorney
General,''.
