Concurrent Resolution

Resolved by the House of Representatives (the Senate concurring),
That the President is requested to return to the House of
Representatives the enrollment of H.R. 3765. When the bill is returned
by the President, the actions of the presiding officers of the two
Houses in signing the bill shall be rescinded, and the Clerk of the
House shall re-enroll the bill in accordance with the action of the two
Houses.
