AN ACT

To render nationals of Denmark eligible to enter the United States as
nonimmigrant traders and investors.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. NONIMMIGRANT TRADERS AND INVESTORS FROM DENMARK.

Denmark shall be considered, for purposes of section 101(a)(15)(E)
of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1101(a)(15)(E)), to be
a foreign state described in such section (other than clause (iii) of
such section) if Denmark extends reciprocal nonimmigrant treatment to
nationals of the United States.
