AN ACT
To ensure the proper remembrance of Vietnam veterans and the Vietnam
War by designating a site for a visitor center for the Vietnam Veterans
Memorial.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the ``Vietnam Veterans Memorial Visitor
Center Enforcement Act''.
SEC. 2. SITE.
Section 6 of Public Law 96-297 is amended by adding at the end the
following:
``(e) Site.--The visitor center authorized by subsection (a) shall
be located in the open land in the triangular area between Henry Bacon
Drive, NW, 23rd Street, NW, Constitution Avenue, NW, and the Lincoln
Memorial.''.
