Resolved, That upon the adoption of this resolution it shall be in order to
consider in the House the concurrent resolution (H. Con. Res. 36) expressing the
continued support of Congress for equal access of military recruiters to
institutions of higher education. The concurrent resolution shall be considered
as read. The previous question shall be considered as ordered on the concurrent
resolution and preamble to final adoption without intervening motion or demand
for division of the question except: (1) one hour of debate on the concurrent
resolution equally divided and controlled by the chairman and ranking minority
member of the Committee on Armed Services; and (2) one motion to recommit.
