AN ACT

To amend the Livestock Mandatory Reporting Act of 1999 to extend the
termination date for mandatory price reporting.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. EXTENSION OF MANDATORY PRICE REPORTING.

Section 942 of the Livestock Mandatory Reporting Act of 1999
(Public Law 106-78; 7 U.S.C. 1635 note) is amended by striking
``September 30, 2005'' and inserting ``September 30, 2006''.

Passed the Senate September 13, 2005.
