A BILL
To include the State of Idaho as an affected area under the Radiation
Exposure Compensation Act (42 U.S.C. 2210 note).
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. INCLUSION OF IDAHO IN RADIATION EXPOSURE COMPENSATION.
Section 4(b)(1) of the Radiation Exposure Compensation Act (42
U.S.C. 2210 note) is amended--
(1) in subparagraph (B), by striking ``and'' after the
semicolon; and
(2) by adding after subparagraph (C) the following:
``(D) the State of Idaho; and''.
