A BILL
To reauthorize the Rio Puerco Watershed Management Program, and for other purposes.
Short title
This Act may be cited as
the Rio Puerco Watershed Management
Program Reauthorization Act
.
Rio Puerco Watershed Management Program
Rio Puerco Management Committee
Section 401(b)(2) of the Omnibus Parks and Public Lands Management Act of 1996 (Public Law 104–333; 110 Stat. 4147) is amended—
by redesignating subparagraphs (I) through (N) as subparagraphs (J) through (O), respectively; and
by inserting after subparagraph (H) the following:
the Environmental Protection Agency;

Rio Puerco Management Committee
Section 401(b) of the Omnibus Parks and Public Lands Management Act of 1996 (Public Law 104–333; 110 Stat. 4147) is amended—
in paragraph (2)—
by redesignating subparagraphs (I) through (N) as subparagraphs (J) through (O), respectively; and
by inserting after subparagraph (H) the following:
the Environmental Protection Agency;

in paragraph (4), by
striking enactment of this Act
and inserting enactment of
the Rio Puerco Watershed Management Program Reauthorization Act
.
Authorization of appropriations
Section 401(e) of the Omnibus Parks and Public
Lands Management Act of 1996 (Public Law 104–333; 110 Stat. 4148) is amended by
striking enactment of this Act
and inserting enactment of
the Rio Puerco Watershed Management Program Reauthorization Act
.
