A BILL
To extend temporarily the suspension of duty on certain extruders used in the production of radial tires.
Certain extruders used in the production of radial tires
In general
Heading 9902.84.85 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of
the United States (relating to certain extruders used in the production of
radial tires) is amended by striking the date in the effective column period
and inserting 12/31/2011
.
Effective date
The amendment made by subsection (a) applies to goods entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after the 15th day after the date of the enactment of this Act.
