To amend title XX of the Social Security Act to repeal the program of block grants to States for social services, and for other purposes.
Repeal of the program of block grants to States for social services
Repeals
Sections 2001 through 2007 of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1397–1397f) are repealed.
Conforming amendments
Section 404(d) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 604(d)) is amended—

Effective date
The repeals and amendments made by this section shall take effect 60 days after the date of the enactment of this Act.
