A BILL
To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to extend certain expiring provisions relating to small businesses, and for other purposes.
Short title
This Act may be cited as the
Small Business Tax Fairness
Act
.
Extension of temporary exclusion of 100 percent of gain on certain small business stock
In general
Paragraph (4) of section 1202(a) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 is amended—
by striking
