JOINT RESOLUTION

Providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the interim final rule of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration relating to COVID–19 Vaccination and Testing; Emergency Temporary Standard.

That Congress disapproves the interim final rule submitted by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration relating to COVID–19 Vaccination and Testing; Emergency Temporary Standard (published at 86 Fed. Reg. 61402 (November 5, 2021)), and such rule shall have no force or effect.
