The Women Who Worked on the Home Front World War II Memorial Act authorizes the Women Who Worked on the Home Front Foundation to create a memorial on federal land in Washington, DC, honoring women who served on the home front during World War II. • Specifies that the bill’s budgetary effects will be determined under the PAYGO statutory requirements.
