A BILL
To amend the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act to reauthorize the Critical Path Public-Private Partnerships.
Reauthorization of the Critical Path Public-Private Partnerships
Section 566(f) of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (21 U.S.C. 360bbb–5(f)) is amended by striking $6,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2018 through 2022
and inserting $10,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2023 through 2027
