To amend the Healthy Forests Restoration Act of 2003 to modify the definition of the term at-risk community

Short title
This Act may be cited as the Community Wildfire Protection Act of 2022
.
Definition of at-risk community
Section 101(1) of the Healthy Forests Restoration Act of 2003 (16 U.S.C. 6511(1)) is amended—
by striking subparagraph (A); and
by redesignating subparagraphs (B) and (C) as subparagraphs (A) and (B), respectively.
