A BILL

To amend title 38, United States Code, to increase the amount of survivors' and dependents' educational assistance provided to an eligible individual pursuing a program of education at an institution in the Republic of the Philippines.

Increase of Department of Veterans Affairs educational assistance for programs of education in Republic of Philippines

Section 3532 of title 38, United States Code, is amended—

(1)

by striking subsection (d); and

(2)

by resdesignating subsections (e) through (g) as subsections (d) through (f), respectively.
