Limitation on availability of funds for Global Agriculture and Food Security Program for fiscal year 2024

Notwithstanding any other provision of the law, amounts authorized to be appropriated or otherwise available for Global Agriculture and Food Security Program for fiscal year 2024 may not exceed $0.
