AN ACT
To require the Director of the Bureau of Land Management to withdraw a rule of the Bureau of Land Management relating to conservation and landscape health.
Short title
This Act may be cited as the Western Economic Security Today Act of 2024
or the WEST Act of 2024

Withdrawal of BLM rule
The final rule based on the proposed rule of the Bureau of Land Management entitled Conservation and Landscape Health
(88 Fed. Reg. 19583 (April 3, 2023)) shall have no force or effect.
