A BILL

To amend the FAA Reauthorization Act of 2018 to extend the advisory committee on the air travel needs of passengers with disabilities.

Advisory committee on the air travel needs of passengers with disabilities

Section 439(g) of the FAA Reauthorization Act of 2018 (49 U.S.C. 41705 note) is amended to read as follows:

(g)

Termination

The Advisory Committee established under this section shall terminate on the date that is 5 years after the date of enactment of this subsection.
