Ms. Williams of Georgia (for herself, Ms. Tenney, Ms. Jacobs, and Mr. Garbarino) introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Veterans' Affairs

A BILL

To amend title 38, United States Code, to adjust the rate of per diem payments provided by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to grantees that provide services to homeless veterans.

1.

Short title

This Act may be cited as the Return Home to Housing Act.

2.

Adjustments to rate of per diem payments provided by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs for services furnished to homeless veterans

Section 2012(a)(2)(B) of title 38, United States Code, is amended—

(1)

in clause (i)—

(A)

in subclause (I), by inserting , including in response to an emergency after appropriate; and

(B)

in subclause (II)(aa)(BB), by striking 115 and inserting 200; and

(2)

in clause (ii), by striking 150 and inserting 200.
