A BILL

To amend title 51, United States Code, to extend the learning period for commercial human space flight.

1.

Short title

This Act may be cited as the Space Transformation And Reliability Act or the STAR Act.

2.

Learning period

Paragraph (9) of section 50905(c) of title 51, United States Code, is amended by striking 2023 and inserting 2031.
