Authorizing video recording in the House Chamber during a joint meeting of Congress for certain educational purposes.

That the Speaker, in concurrence with the Minority Leader, is authorized to direct the Chief Administrative Officer to record proceedings during a joint meeting of Congress on June 22, 2023, to provide a virtual reality experience for educational use by the public.
