Mr. Brown (for himself and Mr. Vance) introduced the following bill; which was read twice and referred to the Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation

A BILL

To amend title 49, United States Code, to include a public airport in use by an air reserve station as a primary airport.

1.

Primary airport designation

Section 47114(c)(1) of title 49, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following:

(K)

Public airports with military use

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a public airport in use by an air reserve station shall be considered a primary airport for purposes of this chapter.
