A BILL

To amend the Uniform Code of Military Justice to expand the definition of aiding the enemy to include the provision of military education, military training, and tactical advice.

Short title

This Act may be cited as the Safeguarding Tactics and Operational Procedures from Enemies Act of 2024 or the STOP Enemies Act.

Aiding the enemy definition for purposes of the Uniform Code of Military Justice
