Providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Environmental Protection Agency relating to California State Nonroad Engine Pollution Control Standards; Ocean-Going Vessels At-Berth; Notice of Decision.

That Congress disapproves the rule submitted by the Environmental Protection Agency relating to California State Nonroad Engine Pollution Control Standards; Ocean-Going Vessels At-Berth; Notice of Decision (88 Fed. Reg. 72461 (October 20, 2023)), and such rule shall have no force or effect.

Passed the House of Representatives September 15, 2026.
