A BILL
To prohibit the transfer of any VC–25B Bridge Aircraft outside of the Department of the Air Force.
Short title
This Act may be cited as the Safeguarding Taxpayer Investment for Executive Airlift Act of 2026
.
Prohibition on transfer of VC–25B Bridge aircraft
None of the funds authorized to be appropriated or otherwise made available for fiscal year 2027 for the Department of Defense may be obligated or expended to sell, donate, or otherwise transfer ownership or control of an aircraft from the VC–25B Bridge program to an individual or entity outside the Department of the Air Force.
